Champion Kennels

We have an Australian Cobberdog and they do a great job of grooming him. They are great with communication and are the least expensive groomer we have been able to find. He really likes it there too

My wife and I boarded our dog with Champion Kennels a total of 3 times. The first 2 went fine. However the last and final time did not. 3 days into our 7 night vacation, I received a text message (not even a phone call) that Luna's food was all gone. I told the boss that I bagged all of her food in separate baggies for daily consumption. I wrote in large permanent maker on the bags how much to feed her as well. The staff at Champion Kennels was negligent and did not even read the bag and blindly gave our dog 3.5 cups for AM and 3.5 for PM. My 55 pound German Shepard got fed 7 cups of food a day. When she normally eats between 3 and 3.5. The owner, Cindy, handled the situation completely wrong. Trying to charge me for the food they had to feed our Luna for the remaining days and not even

Worst customer service experience. Had a scheduled grooming appointment for my dog for weeks. After we confirmed the apt I received a text stating that their would be a $35 fee if i canceled the apt without giving 72 hours notice. Seems fair. On the morning of his apt Champion kennels Texts me 1.5hrs before the apt to tell me THEY are canceling. No apology what so ever. (They did state that I wouldn't be charged the $35 cancelation fee jeez thanks lol) I had taken time off of work to make sure I was able to bring my dog and pick him up on time. Absolutely would never use their services!!!

I have had the best experience with Champion Kennels, I also bought one of Cindy’s pups, the best dog ever, D’Kota was first trained in obedience and then as my Service Dog. He got his Angel Wings on Memorial Day. It was the hardest thing I’ve ever done, he really wasn’t a pet he was my absolute best friend and the funniest Service Dog ever. He had just turned 11 and in honor of him I’m getting a new puppy another LCGSH in 2 weeks. So I will be bringing him to Champion I think shortly after. Best trainers ever at Champion Kennels..
