Chaar Pet

We moved to the area a month ago & we’re looking for a groomer , decided to try Chaar out. We are so glad we did! Our dog looks so cute the groomer did a fantastic job. Reasonably priced for grooming & the staff is very friendly. So happy we found our new spot !

So disappointed in our last grooming visit at Charr Saucon Valley. We had been there previously with great success…not this time! Our beautiful Goldendoodle now looks like a Weimaraner…his whole body was shaved…even his tail which will take a year to grow out. All this before the holidays and the cold weather. When we picked him up we did not even recognize him. He is sad and embarrassed and is constantly licking his paws because he was burned by the razor in between his nails. Their explanation was…”he was matted” which sounds like the story they tell everyone from the reviews. He was not matted as my husband had just brushed him prior to the appointment. Needless to say, we will not be returning. They are expensive and do not listen or do what you want them to. So sad.

Front clerk was awesome the groomer I would give her 3 cuz she didn't cut All my dogs nails n didn't really do a great job trimming da hair but maybe next time the will be done correctly.

The girl with red hair, I forget her name, but she is amazing. Visited for the first time a few weeks ago and she is a big part of the reason we would come back. Super friendly and welcoming. Store is clean and organzied. Unique finds as well.

Great place to shop for fresh pet food! There isn't a pet food store in the area other than Chaar that sells raw. And this place sells the raw with ground bone which is an even bigger bonus! So the prices for certain items here can be sorta high, I would equate this to a "fancy Tractor Supply" but I love how they put stuff on clearance. They also don't run coupons much on food which I wish they did. But overall, this is the best place to get fresh raw & a variety for your furbabies!
