Highly Recommend We had to take our dog here after being recommended for a endoscopy elsewhere. Their pricing was actually much less. Have gone to other emergency offices in the past and wish we would have gone here. Ended up not doing endoscopy because of risk doctor explained. The care was top notch and was faster than going to specialist recommended. I am quite pleased and will never go elsewhere. The office is still working with us and very compassionate. My 9 year old chihuahua is doing much better. Thank you so much Doctor Schulze.

2/12/26 I can’t say enough about the care we received last night at CCAE. The staff was amazing! They went out their way to take care of our cat while constantly communicating treatment plans and options. We were there for hours and were consistently updated with his progress. They were kind, straightforward, patient and so very helpful. They were also, very cognizant of how expensive emergency care can be and took great care to make sure our little guy got the treatment he needed without unnecessary cost. When you are scared and trying to make decisions, that is very much appreciated. Our medical team was not only compassionate to our family but to other clients as well. While there, we witnessed their treatment of several devastated pet owners who unfortunately had to make life altering

yea we got charged $110 just so they could tell us what we already knew about our cat then wanted to run tests for $1100 and no payment plans or anything, and charging $110 to let my cat sit there on the counter crying and did nothing but treat my gf like she abused the cat when the cat literally sleeps with her head in my gfs hand there spoiled not mistreated, we will never recommend or take our pets here

Have used the emergency hospital many times. Always get great compassionate care. Tonight was assisted by Dr. Hendrickson, Jessica and Riley. Riley has assisted me on a few visits, and she is always very nice and explains instructions carefully. Thanks Riley! Also appreciate you all getting me out fairly fast before the snow hit. Highly recommend this place. Thanks again for getting Winston fixed up for the weekend.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I called ahead of time and spoke with Melissa to explain what was going on with my dog, Molly. As soon as I walked in the door, a tech named Colleen was there ready to take her back and start oxygen right away. Colleen was incredibly patient and understanding, especially since I was very upset. They performed X-rays, and Dr. Kelleher explained the findings clearly and thoroughly. Molly was prescribed medication (which is really helping 😊), and we were back on our way home within 45 minutes to an hour. Thank you to everyone who helped my girl — I truly appreciate what you do. Working in a Pet ER means dealing with all types of illnesses and injuries, and being able to handle that every day is truly a superpower. Not many people can do what you do, and it does not go unnoticed!
