Absolutely changed from perfect to down hill Products are all ok but the new wash rules You can't own two dogs they(Manager)refuse you at wash. The manager has something against us and uses the one dog in one sink sign to discriminate me and said Why I have two dos .I can't wash here anymore only when I come with one.I wish she would get fired for constant discriminate me all the years.Even when I fell thanks their leaving an object in the middle besides this I cut my finger on the sharp edge on the doors one time too .. It is what it is to getting rid of the responsible they waited in the right moment for an excuse. This is everywhere you didn't done something but they did something to you.And trying to cover it up.Perfect works in employment and in other occasions . Only to do is to get

Love this store but disappointed at the lack of gratitude at checkout. Why am I thanking you for my purchase? I can shop online if it’s too much trouble to say thank you to paying customers at checkout. Basic manners go a long way and yes we do pick up on your bad attitude and don’t appreciate it.

Went for the first time to do a self service dog wash. The girl at the counter was nice. The tub is good and pressure of the water is fantastic. Unfortunately the dryers were a little on the weaker side for my big German shepherd mix. Took a while to dry him. Would invest in stronger dryers like k9 dryer. Also wish there was hooks on top of the table to hook my dog up..I know there was some near the floor but I wouldn't want to be squatting and drying my dog.

This is the best place in the area to take your dog or cat for food and bathing. The staff are exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. The bathing area is open, clean, and is very useful.
