Cats Preferred Veterinary Hospital

So purrfessional! Fast and super polite. Working with cats preferred has given me relief knowing my kitty will be thoroughly looked at and cared for with gentle but firm hands.

The biggest thing for me was no one made me feel rushed. My cat is not the first cat to ever have vomiting issues, but every person from the woman at the front desk to the tech to the vet - everyone made me feel comfortable to take the time to ask questions and clarify information. I know that if everyone there is willing to give me and my cat the time for care instead of rushing to the next patient, they'll do the same for others.

My car is very nervous, and they made him very comfortable. Took care of us, as well! 10/10! Thanks Monica!!

Dr. Schmitt and Jill were absolutely amazing! A few weeks ago we found out our Winston had cancer by an emergency vet. We did not have an established primary care so we took him to Cats Preferred to get a second opinion and hopefully better news. Well the better news unfortunately did not come and we made the decision to put him down. Dr. Schmitt was so patient with us and guided us in making the right decision for both Winston and ourselves. He explained in detail the end of life process. Jill went above and beyond and got us an ink paw print (usually only do clay) so I can get a tattoo of it! I was so thrilled that she pulled it off! And to top it off they both took time to hand write a condolence card. The last few weeks have been very tough but Dr. Schmitt and Jill made it a bit more

Such great care we receive at Cats Preferred! I was impressed with Dr. Faulk and her thoughtful and thorough exams and treatment! I’m always impressed with the same care and concern of all the vet techs who see my kitties often. 🩷
