Every single member of their staff goes above and beyond all expectations! They know who you and your pet are when you walk through the doors, which makes a (sometimes) nerve-wrecking experience personal and comforting. The front desk ladies are extremely friendly and always a joy to chat with while checking in or out. They are not stingy on the treats either, one of my dogs’ favorite perks! The vet techs treat each of their patients as they would their own animals. The amount of love and adoration I hear when I pick my dogs up is truly heartwarming. It’s very telling when our animals are so clearly comfortable with otherwise “strangers.” I can’t speak any more highly of Dr. Ames, either. Sometimes a business stands out -- Banfield does, but for all the wrong reasons. We bought our cat here 11 years ago, and have used Banfield occasionally for emergencies or when her primary clinics had long waits, but that ends here. From the moment we arrived, it was clear the priority was not our cat’s care, but selling their Optimum Wellness Plan. Before anyone examined her, the vet tech came in and stated, “I discussed the symptoms with the vet, and we think you should test and treat for pancreatitis,” then immediately launched into a sales pitch for the plan. At this point, not a single person had touched or looked at our cat, and she was barely out of her carrier. She used our cat’s name and reported symptoms, showing this was not a simple mix-up. We have been going here for a couple years now. Everyone is so helpful. I have had to call in to get vet records last minute for my dogs and they have been very quick to email them over. There has been times when my dogs weren’t feeling well so I call in and get them in same day. I appreciate it and feel like they generally care about my two dogs .

Staff is very patient with my dog. He has aggressive behavior at the vet. Banfield staff was very understanding and worked with me to make my dog feel comfortable and safe.

We had a great experience with the team at Plymouth when our pup, Albus had his surgery! Kudos to Dr. Gilbert, Dr. Ames and the rest of the team ☺️
