How this place could have anything other than a five star review is beyond me! This is an amazing place! I was not asked to leave this message. I was not asked to leave this review. I just had a very pleasant experience from the moment I walked in with my little Squiggy to the time I left the front desk. Staff absolutely adore them and my doctor was incredible. Even Squiggy told me he liked it There and that he wanted to go back. Even the people in the waiting room I had a great conversation with. I highly recommend cats exclusively.!

I was visiting my friend in Rochester and her cat suddenly was acting really off, so my friend called this vet and they were able to see her cat later that afternoon! I accompanied my friend and her cat to the vet and while it's never enjoyable to be taking your sick pet to a provider, the office / lobby environment was very comforting and peaceful. They even have animal coloring pages & colored pencils, fun books about animals and nice decorations. The staff all seemed very friendly and competent, and I'm happy to say we left there quite relieved and better off than before we arrived! If I lived in Rochester, I'd 100% switch to this vet.

We just love CATS EXCLUSIVELY. They are always so sweet and kind and we love having our cats treated there. We were with another vet, but we kind of felt like they never took our concern seriously so my husband brought them to CATS EXCLUSIVELY and we haven’t turned back thank you for your Above and beyond approach to your customers and your feline patients. I am so grateful I found Cats Exclusively. The team is knowledgeable and kind - they provide great advice as well as compassionate and top notch services. My sweet boy had some serious dental work done here and he immediately felt better afterwards and now is gaining his weight back and becoming his chubby self again. I couldn't be happier!

Dr. Lann is attentive and thorough. We have a geriatric rescue cat with some health concerns. Staff are all friendly and personable. We are offered timely appointments for urgent matters as well as regular check-ups. I feel very confident that our cat is in great hands.
