Catology

Our cat just got a beautiful comb cut from Catology and we could not have been happier with the entire process and the results. We’ve used other groomers in the past who also cater to dogs, which was utter chaos and immensely stressful for him. I vowed to never put my cat through that again. Enter Catology! What a wonderful cats-only facility, clean and bright, and delightfully quiet. The check-in and drop off was quick and easy and the staff were welcoming. The groom itself only took about 90 min; great considering he’s a big, wiggly, fluffy boy. We were impressed with the efficiency and quality of the cut, and his sanitary cut was clean and respectful. We will certainly return and I highly recommend them!

I’ve taken my cat here for grooming twice now and I’ll definitely be coming back. He got a full groom, a sanitary trim, and a nail trim. He looks (and smells) great! They’re always super nice and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend!

We booked our cat hotel for the holiday week back in August and set clear expectations of our cats disabilities and previous sick records/vaccinations. Catalogy was very accommodating over the phone (this was also documented in their website portal) Come to drop off day we even talked to the receptionist about our cat’s previous sickness history and everything was normal while we were there. After we had already left and started our holiday trip, we get a “TEXT” stating they could not house our cats… not a call… a freaking text! I call them and they are telling me they can’t house our cat because of a sickness it had, that was cleared, over a year ago.

Let me tell you! I honestly can’t say enough good things about Catology out in Colorado Springs! I boarded our cat with them for 11 days while I was on leave visiting my daughters during Xmas and they completely exceeded my expectations by a mile. The pricing was cheaper than I was expecting too! Planning a trip over the holidays is stressful enough but I was expecting to go broke just boarding her. From the start, they made me feel comfortable leaving her there. They took the time to ask about her personality, habits, and routines, which honestly eased my stress. I left my one-year-old, energetic cat at Catology Colorado Springs for two weeks, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the care he received. Their environment was perfect for him—safe, spacious, and designed to keep him comfortable. They loved on him daily, fed him twice a day, and even trimmed his nails before he came home upon my request. While it was a bit pricey, the peace of mind knowing he was loved and well cared for was priceless. I would gladly leave him there again without hesitation.
