Customer Reviews
We had such a wonderful experience at Catalina Pet Hospital when they saw my 10-year-old daughter’s cat for the first time. As you can imagine, my daughter was very worried, but the entire team was incredibly kind, patient, and reassuring. They took the time to carefully examine our cat and explain everything in a way that eased both of our minds. The staff made my daughter feel included and comfortable, which meant so much to us as pet owners and as parents. Their compassion and professionalism truly stood out. We left feeling relieved, informed, and confident that our cat was in great hands. Thank you to everyone at Catalina Pet Hospital for taking such great care of our pet and for making this first visit such a positive experience for our family.
Catalina Pet Hospital was outstanding and being new to Tucson we feel fortunate to have found them. The vets there are thorough, thoughtful, and genuinely committed to figuring out what’s going on and doing right by your pet. Through a tough stretch with our kitty, they treated us with real kindness and patience. The staff is warm, friendly, and makes you feel like your pet truly matters. They earned our trust, and we're grateful for the care they gave us.
Dr. Carr and the whole team at Catalina Pet Hospital have been wonderful to work with to make sure that our two dogs have stayed fit and healthy. They are so calm with both pets and humans that visiting is lovely for the whole family. I strongly recommend!!
I’ve had good experiences with CPH over the years. Dr. Buzz really was great with a cat I had many years ago who was super sick. Dr. Michel is always friendly and helpful. And Dr. Maus has recently helped me with a cat that has dental disease and she extracted half of his teeth beautifully. The staff is helpful too. Quality veterinarians!
This was my first visit to Catalina Pet Hospital. My cat had earmites, and they were able to get me in much sooner than my usual pet clinic. I expected the visit to be a fast, in-and-out experience where they try to manage the problem as quickly as possible, and then send you on your way. Instead, they took the time to socialize my cat and get him acclimated to the area. Usually he is very anxious and stressed anywhere outside of the house- thanks to the incredible staff that worked with him while we were there, he was still shy, and more than a little anxious, but far less stressed than he normally would have been. The staff were incredibly helpful, and willing to accommodate to his needs, both with the type of medication they gave him, and the gentle, soothing care they provided. As an
