Cat Clinic North

We boarded our two cats here for nine days. They were at the cat cottages, and I requested the jungle room, which was the largest of the rooms. They were well taken care of by the staff, who came in to feed, and have a little playtime with them daily. They sent me updates with pictures every day, so I could see them and know any concerns, if there were any. I would happily board them there again!

If I could rate 10 stars I would! Our big guy, Jupiter, has been experiencing ongoing skin allergies/irritations. We had taken him in twice to our previous vet (VCA), both times they said they didn't know what was causing the issues or why the issue was recurring. Sent us home with steroids both times and a cream (second visit). We were frustrated and felt like our concerns weren't heard/being dismissed as not a big deal. Then, we made an appointment with Cat Clinic North. This team provides phenomenal care from vet assistants, vet techs and their doctors! By the end of our first appt, Dr. Pair diagnosed EXACTLY what the health issue is and provided us a detailed treatment plan covering all bases of what could be causing the skin allergies. Both Kentwood cat clinic and Cat Clinic North are wonderful. They specialize in cats and do their best to make sure that the owners and the cats receive the best care possible. I'm very impressed by the Dr's knowledge and the care they give to all my furry friends. They even have house cats that roam the clinic! They can be a little on the higher end for pricing, but I truly believe that you get what you pay for. It's so refreshing to have a vets office that is throughly knowledgeable in all things cat related.

The vet's and employees at Cat Clinic North are amazing!! I'm a total cat person and I love how the employees here specialize in cats and they're always friendly and fun to talk to (my anxiety thanks you). I also like Cat Clinic North because they offer a preventative care package that you pay monthly instead of all at once (unless you want to). It really helps out if you're on a budget like myself.
