We absolutely love Dr. Joy! I was a vet technician myself and know how hard this industry can be. Their staff goes above and beyond. Dr. Joy and the whole staff took care of both my doggies for urgent care and they made full recoveries. I was out of town at work and they made the process with my boyfriend bringing one dog in / virtual paperwork, so easy. They called and followed up and remembered my dogs when we returned. My sweet Boston Terrier suffered a leg injury. I called Dr Joy office as a first time client from the very first phone call they were so wonderful and helpful they were able to get me in within just a few hours. From the staff all the way to Dr Joy the whole visit was amazing. They really truly made me feel comfortable and took wonderful care of my dog. I would highly recommend Dr Joy and look forward to any future appointments. We will definitely be going to Castle Hills Animal Clinic again thanks again to Dr Joy and his amazing staff for the care of our wonderful Boston Jolene today.

I cannot express how much we love this vet. Dr. Joy and his whole team are phenomenal! Always so sweet and loving to our babies Poppy and Daisy. They check in after appointments to make sure the babies are doing okay. It’s so comforting to have a place where we can truly trust all of the staff. Dr. Joy takes the time to explain things to us as well. Not once have we had an interaction there with anyone who we didn’t love. The front desk and tech staff are absolutely amazing as well!

Dr. Joy is truly one of a kind. He is extremely kind, personable, and takes the time to thoroughly care for each patient, making sure all of their needs are met. You never feel rushed, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about both the animals and their owners. I highly recommend Dr. Joy to anyone looking for compassionate, attentive veterinary care.

Dr. Joy is the BEST vet ever! Thanks to Dr. Joy my dog has a much better life. When I first visited, my dog was having terrible allergies to the point it had affected her skin, fur and could have been detrimental if it weren’t for Dr. Joy. A daily allergy pill and Dr. Joy’s expertise has made my sweet dog back to her old self and much happier and more comfortable! Before visiting, the paw licking, scratching was constant. They are very transparent with costs. Everyone that works at this vet is AMAZING! Each vet (and even front desk staff) at this office treats my dog with the utmost care and my dog is happy to see the staff.
