I brought my cat Frank in to do his initial wellness exam so I can get him neutered. Dr. Sarah Behrens was absolutely amazing. Frank is blind in one eye, but sometimes it dilates with light and sometimes it doesn’t. The last clinic I took Frank to, all they said was yup he’s blind in that eye. No reason as to why was given. Sarah took the time to physically look at his eye, and tell me that he has a cataract. And that sometimes they can detach and shift around allowing some visual perception. I just truly appreciate the level of care and attention shown to my cat and the time she took to explain it to me. I will most definitely be going back and using them in the future!! I've been taking my threw dogs there since 2017. A few years ago, the practice changed hands, and the vet is now Dr Erin Conrad-Schwarte. Erin does a great job of caring for my dogs diagnosing their issues. The team at the clinic is caring and listens to your needs. Highly recommended

I tried to take myMy 23-year-old cat to be euthanizedThey have a payment at time of service policyAnd I couldn't pay for a week and I couldn't make payment for a week so they let him suffer for 10 days so they let him sufferDying in agony

Update: Poor communication and inconsistency causing delays and aggravation. Have had other vets in the past without this issue. Going elsewhere. Dr. Erin Conrad-Schwarte demonstrated competent care and compassion in diagnosing dog issues and addressed such without pushing other unnecessary expenses at us. Dog is doing better now :) I am concerned about the cats roaming the office (never seen this at any vet office; feels a bit unprofessional, possibly a contamination risk?).

The vet staff it's really awesome. They ensure that their jobs are being done correctly and efficiently and as respectfully as they possibly can. The doctor himself is very nice very thorough as he's worked with two of my animals and is taking great care of them.
