I had to make the really hard decision to give my precious puggle Hoss a dignified send-off. He was 13 and had been losing the use of his back legs due to degenerative myelopathy. I struggled with the decision for months. I am pretty new to town and my vet was 2 hours away, Hoss used to love car rides, but they'd become uncomfortable for him, so I decided to call Atlantic. They were kind, calm, and understanding. I wish they'd had a chance to get to know the best fur buddy on the planet. The loss of unconditional love you feel upon the death of a pet is literally the worst. If there was a place capable of easing that pain, this is it.

I called them to try and get my daughter's cat seen. I understand that they had no openings. What I don't understand is why they have forgotten why they do what they do. The animal should be first and foremost,not whether you can pay at time of service. Pets don't always becone ill on payday. Would allow an animal to pass away. Horrible people

Dr. Kate Hoffman has demonstrated proven knowledge and care with my dogs. Ashley (receptionist) is courteous and provides friendly followups. Dog vaccinations and surgery were no problem. They provided private cremation and paw print for my old chihuahua that passed away at 17 years. Clean organized facility. Easy and prompt online ordering of meds. Pricing is not overly expensive. Recommended.

Dr. Hoffman and her staff were fantastic with our dog. We were visiting from out of state and they were able to get us an appointment quickly, access our dog's records from our home vet and were so compassionate. Dr. Hoffman went above and beyond. Our boy is home and doing very well! Thank you!

Think twice before taking your pets to the Atlantic Animal Health Center. My experiences with the vet was extremely unprofessional and i wish Doc Lenord would come back. I will never trust her with any animal. She charges a fortune and makes amature mistakes. Recommend you go somewhere else. 0 stars.
