Cascade Park Animal Hospital

I’ve had two visits with this clinic so far, and both experiences have been very positive. The veterinarians and staff are professional, kind, and attentive. They took the time to answer my questions clearly and handled my pet with genuine care. The office is well organized, appointments run smoothly, and communication has been excellent. I felt confident in the care provided and appreciated the calm, sweet and respectful approach of the entire team. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for compassionate and competent veterinary care.

I have taken my pets to Cascade Animal Hospital for close to 20 yrs and can’t say enough good things about them. About 17 yrs ago I had an off hours emergency and went to an emergency vet clinic that almost killed my dog. Not only did they help save my dog the following days, but the Veterinarian at the time also filed a complaint with the Veterinary Board of Medicine so no other family would have to go through what we went through. The care team truly is compassionate and empathetic. Over the years there have been new team members all have been equally wonderful. I highly recommend!

I have had nothing but an amazing experience. My pup was different needless to say… Dr. Avina was with us every step of the way. From helping our pup to answering questions that our 6 year old. My pup learned fast when he was little the vet wasn’t a fun place (kinda like the dentist for us humans). So he didn’t trust or like going and when I had told Dr. Avina this she made sure to create a fun loving environment for him. A place where he was not long scared to get of the car and even on his last day was excited to go. The staff and Dr. Avina were always kind and never left me waiting for test results even if was bad news. My family is beyond grateful for the staff and Dr.Avina… thank you!!

Staff has always been really friendly. Mandy went above and beyond and even brought us bottled water while we had to wait a bit for the doctor to free up. The clinic is always clean, too. It was a bit tough to go back after having to say goodbye to my kitty, Tia, the last time we were there, but it was still a positive experience for this visit! I’d recommend CPAH to anyone for their pets. They sincerely care.

I want to give Dr. Willoughby a big huge praise. I came in for a tech appointment to have stitches taken out of my little Boy. A couple days leading up to that appointment he had some gunk coming from his eye. So at the appointment, I mentioned it and she popped in really quick and said she had a full day but leave him behind for a couple hours and she would look in on him between her appointments. He ended up having an ulcer in his left eye. She got Him on medication right away and checked him out three days later. We ended up at an ophthalmologist, but if Dr. Willoughby hadn’t caught that earlier we would have been in big trouble. Dr. Willoughby treats your pets just like they’re her own.
