My husband and I came across this shop while we were waiting at the dmv. There were so many critters! All of the animals looked healthy and well taken care of, the staff was friendly and helpful, they were well stocked and had great prices..we wound up leaving with a tortoise! We’ll definitely be making the trip back (we’re from California) for our next critter

I came to this store a few weeks ago and when I first walked it I was extremely surprised by the fact that these little pet stores are still allowed to sell puppies. The first enclosure at the front of the store where the puppies were was disgusting. You could see that the puppies were not being taken care of well. I move to the back of the store where the rest of the puppies were playing. I kept seeing people go in and out of the play area not washing their hands or putting on hand sanitizer before touching the puppies. You could clearly tell that the puppies were from puppy mills and many of them were sick. One of them had an eye infection and was extremely low energy. The play area was disgusting. She’s constantly starts drama with customers and is insanely disrespectful. She doesn’t clean her animals cages often enough and is only nice when you plan to bye an animal other than that she is insanely rude and constantly has an attitude. Many people get dogs from her and they are already sick and the dogs die often. She blames the customers for the dogs getting sick and refuses to give refunds or any sort of compensation. I bought a chinchilla from her about three months ago and when I first got him his tail was dried to the point it was cracking and didn’t have hair in several spots. She did nothing about it when she had him and had him in an insanely small cage with no sort of enrichment not even anything to chew on (chinchillas teeth never stop growing so this can cause loads of hea

My past experience here was not positive nor welcoming and I've chose not to return. More than that though, I wish for the owner that she does some necessary self reflection & learn some human-centered principles & professionalism. Her cruelty & thin-skin towards any feedback (constructive or not), has left a sour taste in my mouth. My two cents may not be warranted but as a small business owner myself, I know how important feedback from our community is in succeeding in networking with the same people you're asking to invest in your business. I give her 2 stars in the hope she reads this & makes 2026 the year she can learn to take in feedback, grow from it and become a bit more humbled, rather than feel so attacked by it. “If we shield ourselves from all feedback, we stop growing.” – Bre

Super cute babies great customer service the bulldog is the owners she was just babysitting and she is just a sweetheart ❤️ but all babies are healthy and happy
