Staff is very knowledgeable on products being sold. You can call anytime they’re open asking questions about animals that you may have purchased. If you have a concern they will do their utmost best to help. You could not ask for a better place to shop if you don’t see what you need or won’t you could ask and perhaps they can get it for you.

We three times every time they where helpful and friendly. Vader went shopping with me last time. Will return soon. The flow of my tank is too fast. I'm sure they can help.

My family has had a long history with this pet store. My father was close friends with the original owner, and I was deeply saddened by his passing. I grew up coming here as a young girl, filled with joy and wonder every time we walked through the doors. Because of those amazing memories, it deeply saddens me to write this review. Today, my mother brought our family dog in for a groom. Over the phone, she was quoted one price; however, upon arrival, she was given a completely different one (granted, it was a $10–15 difference). Naturally, she was confused and frustrated, asking why the price had changed. While unexpected price changes are frustrating on their own, what was even more disappointing was the manner in which she was treated. The level of disrespect and arrogance she encounter

There is a storm coming and I have two juvenile frogs who need small crickets. I tried my normal pet stores and they were all low stocked so I tried this place for the second time and once again had a bad experience. The first time I went in and asked for small and the man gave me large, I took my loss and let it go. Today when I went in I asked for 150 small crickets, I didn’t think to much into it and said I didn’t need my receipt because I didn’t plan on needing a refund. I got into the car and noticed little worms in them. I didn’t care what they were I didn’t feel comfortable feeding the crickets to my frog. So I went in and said hey there are little worms I would like a refund and the staff started gaslighting me and telling me it was the antennas from the crickets and that nothing

I went for the first time today. The employee I spoke with was quick to attend to me and was very helpful with my fish selection.
