Took our sweet little Delilah for her second round of shots and they were great! The whole staff is nice and very helpful. Dr. Willis administered the shots and did a fantastic job! My girl didn’t even cry. Will definitely be going back for all of our vet needs. 10/10 recommend this vet for all of your fur babies needs.

12.16.2025 on a Tuesday •I dropped off my cat at 7AM, for a hard golf ball lump in his abdomen. I was scared it could be a urinary blockage. •Vet doesn’t come in till 9AM which is understandable. •Around 11:59AM they finally call me back saying it could be a tumor but they need to run an XRAY. •1:50PM I get a call back being notified that it was not a tumor. He has a hernia and his intestines and bladder have fallen out of his abdomen. His bladder could rupture ANY moment and could cause him to die. He needs emergency surgery ASAP. •They were too busy to do same day surgery. •I head that way. Vet said they would make referral calls and see who could get him in for a surgery ASAP. •I arrived around 3PM. I have always gone to this animal hospital since I had to put my cat down. They have seen my puppy, my two other cats, my fiancé's animals. They love animals, and all the doctors are sweet and kind. Last night, I had to come in as a walk in to put one of my cats down, and they stayed past their closure time so we had enough time with her before and after everything. They let my fiancé hold her and made that experience just wonderful. They're not cheap, and it's for a reason, they hold a special place in my heart, especially after last night. I will always recommend this place to any animal owner, they're doctors and staff are the kindest and amazing group of people.

We had an emergency visit with our dog. We didn't wait too long and it was affordable. Everyone we had an interaction with was extremely friendly and caring. They took their time and didn't rush us. They followed up with a check in call after. I would recommend them.

I want to start out by saying the office staff and techs we encountered here were great, for the most part. However, Dr. Duncan was incredibly irresponsible, rude, and unprofessional. Our medium-large dog got into a VERY small amount of rat poison. We knew it was still an emergency, so we got there within an hour of ingestion. Our dog was there for about 2.5 hours, and we had only heard good news throughout his visit - he had thrown it up, they had early enough intervention that he’d likely be fine, it was such a small amount, etc. When we were getting discharged, Dr. Duncan spent 15 minutes explaining everything they did and how everything went well with his treatments.
