Carrboro Plaza Veterinary Clinic

I have used this practice since 2015 and for the care of 5 or 6 of my dogs, all rescues. The practice is consistently excellent from top to bottom. I appreciate that they are collaborative in their approach to care and do not rush to extensive diagnostic testing and treatment. I have my current favorite vet, Dr. Wheat, but honestly I think they are all great. In addition, I have had to have them help me take 3 of my beloved dogs through the process of “crossing the rainbow bridge.” They have been amazing each time. Caring, sensitive, and accessible. The pictures are of my current doggies.

This year was a very difficult one caring for two elderly dogs. The superior quality of care by the treatment team led by Dr. Cox was the silver lining for us. I cannot thank all of the staff enough for their compassion and care and recommend this clinic without reservation. You and your pet will be in capable, thoughtful, loving hands.

We have been bringing our cats and dogs to Carrboro Plaza Veterinary Clinic for several years. Everyone there is professional, friendly, and so good with our animals. They go the extra mile. They have helped us raise our young pups, care for them when they have had emergencies, have helped us deal with aging cats, and have eased us through the process of figuring out when to let them go. This is an exceptional veterinary clinic.

New patient visit for my recent adoption of a rescue, Ashe, a Brittany. The staff was wonderful to interact with, showing a welcoming environment for Ashe. We arrived in the exam room with Ashe showing excitement without anxiety, Dr Stockdale has an excellent reputation and this visit substantiated everything I had researched. I am very excited to build this new relationship.
