I highly recommend Carpet Warehouse. Brian was knowledgeable, friendly, and did a great job guiding us toward the best quality carpet for our needs. He didn’t automatically steer us toward the most expensive options and was very respectful of our budget and preferences. The company stands behind both their products and their installation, which gave us added confidence. Brian’s warm personality made the entire process comfortable and enjoyable. It was truly a pleasure working with him and the installation team.

“Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, and our clients will always come before all else.” I did not feel this way yesterday during installation of our rugs. Rugs are not protected in anyway during transportation. We had a light colored rug and shoes were not changed from outside to inside. We don’t wear shoes in the house and it didn’t matter how I explain it, the response from Brian was “this is the way we do things.” I was happy with Aaron’s help during my initial shopping and the rug seems like a nice rug so I started recommending them to my friends and family but now I am not so sure. The installation would not be acceptable to anyone in my circle bc in our culture, we don’t wear shoes in the house.

Over the past 50+ years we have owned and lived in three different houses in three different towns. Carpet Warehouse has installed carpets in each one, and we’ve been 100% satisfied with every one. A couple of days ago Brian delivered a new rug for our three season porch, and we love it! The previous one lasted 15 years! Beginning with Bob, and now working with Brian and Aaron, we’ve appreciated their selection, knowledge, honesty and people skills. We’ll be replacing some indoor carpet soon, and where we purchase it is a no-brainer.
