I was able to buy a moderately good quality carpet. It was a remnant 12 x 17 feet, 66% reduced. It was installed 3 days later at fair labor charge. Lupe was very helful.

We have had Carpet Outlet Plus install flooring for us a few times now. Carpet and vinyl plank. They have always been great to deal with in their showroom and on the install. Hector has put up with my wife and I on a few occasions! We seem to never make up are mind until we have spoke with Hector at least 4 times. All the employees there have been helpful. We just had some vinyl plank done , the instal guys we great! Three man crew never stopped ,got job done in 6 hours. Very helpful with a few different situations, fireplace hearth, bathroom between tile and wood elevation difference. All and all we can’t say enough good things about our service. We love the product. Thank you everyone at carpet outlet plus.

Whoever is answering, their phones is super rude. Whoever that lady is she just gave super bad vibes. She must've not had her coffee or something this morning. I was only inquiring about their services and she made me feel uncomfortable. I would hate to actually see their Customer Service when doing work for your home.

I sort of have to counter some of these other reviews with our experience , First they are so up to date on the newest trends and color choice ! I see it on tv, and they have it. We are just homeowners and this place does huge commercial buildings , but they get right back to me . They are fast and on time ,.DEAL BREAKER— they have the best prices anywhere.i was glad about that because I just fell in love with the LVT and the tile selection . I have to say our home is lovely, be a we came here first‼️ it is even better than anything in southern California….
