We worked with Karl, and he was wonderful throughout the entire process. We had new LVP and carpet installed throughout our whole house. Karl knew we were on a tight timeline and made sure everything was completed on time. I can’t recommend Carpet Factory enough! We are extremely happy with our new flooring and carpet.

We purchased a custom area rug and LVT flooring (Coretec is the brand) from Carpet Factory Outlet. From the time we walked into the store we received excellent service from the manager Karl. My husband installed the flooring in December and we love it. My husband had a question while he was installing it and he called Karl for assistance. Karl immediately called an installer and my husband was able to complete the install based on Karl’s answer. Thank you so much.

They were able to schedule me just a couple of days later, which I really appreciated. The technician who came out was extremely thorough and professional. He took his time to make sure everything was done right, but still completed the entire job in about two hours. You could tell he knew exactly what he was doing. Probably would not recommend this company. Scheduling was easy enough, but the day came and it was 1pm and they still hadn’t showed up and we hadn’t heard from them at all. We had to reach out to them to see when they were coming. On top of that they already took the money for the installation out of our account using the same card we used for the down payment. In my opinion you don’t take payment until the job is completed. Then the guy tried to get us to pay again, thankfully we had looked at our account and knew they took the money out. Installation was quick and easy. After they left we discovered they broke some led lights we had hanging in the room, which they did not mention. We reached out to let them know of this and the guys response was, “what do you want me to do.” Very unpro
