Carpet Depot

We went in looking for vinyl flooring for our living room & kitchen. The older man with glasses was very unprofessional and incredibly judgmental. He commented on our income and how it’s too “low” considering what we were potentially going to finance and essentially saying we do not make a lot which he has no right to comment on & quite frankly I have a wonderful job & I am very proud of what I make. We had went to the store in Lake Grove prior and had the same experience and decided let’s try another location & he followed us to our vehicle & told us not to say anything because it would be “awkward”. Very dissatisfied & disappointed. Will not be coming back & will be sure to let people know of same.

I purchased carpet for my den in June 2019. I was looking for a particular style of carpet and it had to meet several requirements. I shopped at the Medford location. Eric was my salesperson and he was extremely helpful, professional and knowledgeable. The store offered a wide selection of carpet and I had shopped at other carpet stores and Carpet Depot had more of a selection and the pricing was good. Eric came out to my home to measure and was also able to offer me a great payment plan that made my purchase manageable. I was apprehensive about the day of installation but I was truly impressed by the two men that did the install. They removed our old carpet efficiently (the carpet was over 30 years old and on cement slab so was tremendous dirt/dust). They removed it and were able to mini

Very happy with their service! I came into their store last Saturday to set up an install .. I needed it fairly quickly and they were able to accomodate me. The men who came to install were very sweet and made very little mess (they also cleaned up). Overall I am pleased and would use them in the future.

This past weekend, I had rugs put in two bedrooms. Carpet Depot worked with me in regards of time that I needed workers at my house. I had to cancel 2x and they understood without any issues. The two men who came to house to place carpet were outstanding. They showed up in their white van and got busy. They know what they are doing, and was in and out in a good time. Had carpet installed in my living room in 2017 and I can’t even count how many places this carpet is buckling! Everyday seems there’s a new buckle. I’ve got carpet in 2 bedrooms that’s almost 20 years old and they still look fine, not a buckle in sight. Those 2 rooms carpets did NOT come from Carpet Depot.
