Carpet Crafters

ICC Flooring subcontracted Carpet Crafters for a family member and WHAT A NIGHTMARE. These guys laid carpet over inconsistent subfloors (not following the notes provided by ICC and honestly just something that should NEVER be done for safety). Hacked up the hallway carpet into many pieces making many seams vs strategically minimizing seams. Not only that but every seams is SO visible. They came out three times and still the job was not done with quality. The crew was rude and messy. Luckily ICC brought out a new team to fix everything they did (despite the Carpet Crafters team acting as if the seams were normal) I would honestly lay carpet myself before hiring this company and that says a LOT. Support small businesses. Two brother own and operate every aspect themselves, providing affordable and quality work. I use them for every project and they always beat the big names quotes by hundreds.

I've called this place a few times to get estimates and the person on the phone had a horrible tone and treated me like I had no idea what I was doing. I decided to give them another chance and came to their store at 4:15pm on 10/29/19. Guess what, doors are locked and nobody was home. This place does not have a professional workforce like they state on their voicemail. Like I said, I gave them another chance do to one employees mouth shouldn't ruin the whole company, but guess I was wrong. On to the next company.

My husband was given a quote for Flooring for our business. He was told that it'll be a one day job and they'll call Sunday. No call and its 3:04pm... I don't get businesses like this. We've called and went to the business. There is an open sign on in the window but the doors are locked. I guess we will spend our money somewhere else where its appreciate. Thanks for wasting our time!

I've had them do several of my properties. They do good work at an affordable price. Gary, the owner, is exceptionally professional and has an unparalleled attention to detail. Highly reccomend.
