Carpet Center

Almost 4 years ago when we purchased a new home that was in need of new floors. We did a ton of research and got quoted from 3 places. The Carpet Center came in competitive to the rest and said that they would lay vinyl plank on our stairs. Others were unable to do this because of the railing having to be removed. When we were getting all the quotes and ideas Kitty and Rick were great. Once we gave them a deposit things started to go downhill. Once it was time to install the floors I could not get a date. Suddenly I got a call and told they are doing the floors today. Luckily my painter let them in while I was at work and then rescheduled so that he could paint later. When installing the new vinyl they did all the cutting in my front room(it was nice outside).I had to dust every surface o

Very professional and flooring was installed in a timely manner. Carlos the installer is very good at installation was on time and we are so happy with our flooring. Kitty and Rick were both very helpful. I highly recommend this company.

I had a really good experience with the Carpet Center. We shopped priced for luxury vinyl plank and we were looking at the more expensive stuff so we went to five flooring stores and got quotes. They carried the exact brand as the floor store chain and the chain wanted $4,000+ more for the exact same project and flooring brand. Carpet Center is smaller so scheduling installs may be more difficult or take longer but if you stay in contact with them and clearly communicate it all works out. The quality of the install was great. The people were friendly and professional that did the install.

We prefer to do business with local businesses rather than the big box stores. Carpet Center is a flooring jewel in Windsor Ca. It is a mom and pop operation with very knowledgeable and super nice owners. After answering a few questions, the owner steered us to the appropriate carpet choices that would meet the need of our project. We ended up with a beautiful and comfy floor. The installation was fast and well done. Since we were replacing the upstairs carpet, I needed help in moving furniture. They were very helpful in this regard, which was critical since I am retired and was unable to move the heavy pieces on my own. We will definitely go back to Carpet Center when the need arises.

They did an excellent job installing our floors Francisco explained what was going to be done. And the work went exactly as he said. We love our flooring and the job they did. They cleaned up behind them as they installed. "NO MESS"
