We walked into the store looking for new carpets for our home, and were greeted by Mike. He helped us from start to finish to select the right carpet that we wanted for our home, considering all factors necessary (allergies, foot traffic, etc.). We experienced slight delays for installation of the carpet, which was all because of the suppliers' stock. Prices of installation and carpet were very reasonable and Mike was able to work with the budget that we had discussed with him initially. Overall, very happy with the service received from Mike and his team. The manner in which the delays and flaws were handled were very notable and we now have beautiful carpet in our house. I drove past this place for years and when my son needed carpet I sent him here ( I am a huge proponent of supporting your local businesses) he had his whole house done and he was extremely happy. Last year I had carpet installed in a couple of rooms I too was very happy so I returned this year having a room installed and I was pleased once again , so now I’m having a huge hallway and stairs done today. The sales person/owner Dan is very well knowledged and friendly. Did I mention that the installers were also amazing, quick installation and clean up.The carpet selection is great and the prices are less than your big box stores. With this experience I will always be a repeat customer and recommend all my friends and family here with confidence.

We very much like our Luxury vinyl planks that replaced the old carpeting in the condo we bought. 2 bedrooms, hallway and walk-in-closet as well as 4 regular closets. The installers did fine with installation. They do lack care and concern for your personal furniture and clean-up. Black fingerprints on our mattress pad, doors, moldings. Grease on new planks as well as caulking. I even found grey caulk in our toilet bowl. It will take weeks to go room to room and touch up paint the nicks and half of the bolts holding the doors they removed and replaced are only half hammered in. We do like the flooring. But not the mess left behind from Wes & Bruce.

Had our carpet installed today, highly impressed with the workmanship and professionalism of the installers, carpet was what I had ordered and saw in the store, shading was a little different but installer explained about the lighting differences. The salesman at the store was very polite, informative, and beat all other quotes I had. Overall very pleased at the work completed, the clean up and will recommend store to family and friends.

My wife and I had our whole upstairs done, with carpet and Vinyl. We wanted helping picking out carpet that would last and help reduce staining. Carpet Center and Floors helped us 100 percent of the way through and even helped us understand the differences in vinyl. The carpet installation guys were absolutely amazing.
