Carol is the best. She and her son work side by side. My dog always looks phenomenal. He's 16 and she's patient with him. RJ has been going to her for 13 years! Highly recommend her services.

Carol and her son Jeff are terrific. We have a Golden, and they do a great job. As a matter of fact, Carol takes a picture of your dog after a groom, so they can use it as a guide next time. A little out of the way, but worth it.

She completely shaved my dog’s body and legs and charged me $75. She claimed my dog was matted but she was not matted . Not only that she barely clipped her nails and what she did clip she left a jagged edges. My dog‘s hind legs have been very sore ever since I brought her there. I noticed she’s not able to walk as well as she used to before I brought her there. Do your dog a favor and stay away.

We just moved to Woburn and found Carol on line. Our dog Joey is going on 17 and she knew how to treat older dogs with care and love. Will always be taking Joey to her.
