We get one chinchilla from this place , some months ago he is so lovely 😍 we love him so much and we are glad he is whit us:) we call him buddy.

Surrendered a chinchilla to this program. The lady was very kind and understanding and has more than enough experience to take care of chinchillas. I have two beautiful, healthy chinchillas from this ranch. The owner was AMAZING to work with from the start. I could not reccomend Carolina Chinchilla Ranch enough! Many pet stores, especially the large chains, have a bad reputation in my opinion, for not knowing much about chinchillas nor do they truly have their best interest in mind. I also do not wish to support any “back yard breeding” which often results in unhealthy chinchillas. What an amazing experience we had with Tiffany. She really has such a heart for these beautiful animals and is incredibly knowledgable. I had no idea the mistakes I was making with our previous chin! Her chinchillas are well cared for and absolutely gorgeous, you just can't compare them to what you find at pet stores or through "mills".
