Carm's Dog House - Cicero

Loved the daily picture updates that were posted on Facebook. They were so nice and accommodating and looks like the dogs had their own mini vacation while we were gone for 10 days. They were super communicative about what was going on and responsive to my questions. Definitely using them again.

To be honest, this was a couple of years ago, but it was undoubtedly one of the worst experiences of my life. I didn’t leave a review at the time because there wasn’t any way to do that. And now I see they have Google reviews so here I go…. I dropped off my two dogs, one was three and the other one was approximately a year. They were there for four days. I picked them up early in the morning to avoid paying for an extra day, but they insisted I pay it anyway. So that was the first strike against them. When my dogs came out To be handed off back to us, and my husband was with me, My boxer had goopy eyes and a visibly running nose. That is not the way I dropped him off, obviously, He would not have been accepted. The staff insisted that they hadn’t noticed it and that he seemed fine otherwis

My pups love Daycare. I enjoy seeing the great pictures they post. Staff is always helpful and friendly. They know the dogs well. Pups are exhausted when I pick them up

I can only speak for the daycare as I haven't had my dogs groomed or boarded here, but my dogs adore Carm's. The staff is super friendly and know all of the dogs by name. My dogs always come home exhausted at the end of the day and the pictures on Facebook show how good of a time they had. The barkery is adorable too, and I have gotten them lots of treats including a dog birthday cake! The pricing is on the higher side but we have won the raffle multiple times and they do offer deals on certain days of the week.

I had the mobile unit come to me. My groomer was Miranda. She was friendly, professional, and handled 5 little dogs with care. Setting up my appt was easy. I have no complaints. I highly recommend them. Maybe ask for Miranda next time!
