Caring Hearts Vet Clinic

We have been taking our dog, Blue, to Caring Hearts for many years. He has had very few issues and have always received great care. However, I knew I needed to write a review after the exceptional care they gave Blue recently. He wasn’t his normal self, and had been throwing up. We took him in and they discovered a mass in his stomach, it turned out to be GRASS which they were able to get him into emergency surgery for to remove. Because of the nature of the surgery he later developed an infection (common with grass removal surgeries according to multiple vets) and did a revision surgery as well. All of the techs and Dr. Dalton & Dr. Gerrie showed so much care and love for Blue throughout the process and we never felt we weren’t in good hands. I have a friend who is a vet and consulted he

Dr Frazier took in our dog here recently when she was not eating and getting sick, for what ended up being a major surgery. While she was with the clinic for many days prior and recovering from surgery, we had full faith that our girl would be taken care of with love. The staff love the animals that come through to the point where vet techs expressed how much they loved having her there with them for nearly a week. After our family had taken 3 of our animals there, I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. Thank you for loving our girl in a very bad spot in her short life and taking care of her when we were at our worst feeling like we could lose her! 15/10, don’t hesitate to bring them here.

Dr. Dalton and his assistant (Gabby) are truly amazing! I felt so nervous prior to taking my dog to his appointment to get neutered but Gabby eased off so much stress I felt! Seeing the way she handled my dog in such a loving and friendly way before taking my dog back, meant everything to me! She was also thorough and answered all my questions after the appointment which helped so much!! I’ve seen Dr. Dalton in a prior appointment for my dog’s check up and all I can say is that I trust him with my dog 100%. He is great with my dog, shows lots of love/care to my dog and I can see that my dog is at ease being around him. I will never take my dog anywhere else. He is in great hands here and the Dr is great at what he does!

WOW. I Didn't even actually take my dog in for care. But, when we called to see about pricing and setting up an appt we were on hold for about 10 minutes and then the receptionist was rude and informed us that not only did they not offer shots we wanted but that they were booked out until JANUARY! Now you could say, wow they must be popular. Or you could say, wow, think you need to add staff? Or cut back on the amount of people you are seeing? Either way, waiting for over 10 minutes just to schedule an appt for 2 months out??? Disappointing.

The staff and the veterinarians here are excellent. They have taken care of me and my animals for quite some time!
