Caring Hearts Animal Hospital

This was my very first time taking my dog to any hospital, and caring hearts was so kind from the phone call to picking up my fur baby! The staff were incredibly helpful as I was a wreck and the fear of the unknown, they loved my dog and was so good to her. The price was doable as I was expecting a nightmare 💕💕💕definitely will be going back for any issues concerning my fur baby!!

Dr. Baer and his staff are great. Very knowledgeable and experienced. We had an unplanned pregnancy, and I appreciate the caution that was taken to make sure the pups were not taken too early. When my dog was in labor, at close to 5pm I called and they told me to bring her right in. Avoiding going to the emergency vet and spending thousands. They did an excellent job on my dogs c-section and took great care are her and her pups. No unnecessary testing or costs, or keeping her around for hours. You can tell Dr. Baer loves what he does, and won’t put any pet in jeopardy. Not to mention, they are very reasonably priced. Great experience

Make sure you bring your pets here. The staff and the veterinarian, there are amazing. They have great plans to take care of your pets.

They were kind enough to accept our 5 month old husky who tore his paw open and needed stitches last minute. I cannot thank them enough for putting his staples in and for the care they gave him on short notice. Our regular vet said they couldn't see him for over 3 months. Everyone at caring hearts went above and beyond with the care

Paid for our annual plan in full, including a neuter. on Dec 18 I was left a message asking if I still wanted the pain medication for my pet. On Aug 7th he was neutered there, we received no medications, he was miserable for a few days, Dr Baer could not see him and refused to give him anything for pain when I requested it over the phone. I had to take him in to the ER in Bourne, $750 later he was given pain meds for the neuter done by Caring Hearts Animal Hospital. 4 months later I find out I was charged for the pain medication, but my poor dog was left to suffer while the medication sat somewhere in their office, all paid for........
