Horrific Experience – Unorganized Rude Staff, Neglected Pets We dropped off three pets at 12:00 noon, exactly as scheduled. The groomer told us they’d be ready in about three hours. After not hearing anything for quite a while, we called several times to check in—but couldn’t get a live person. Just voicemail and endless ringing. By 4:45 PM, still no word and assuming they close at 5:00 PM my wife went to the store to check in person. Instead of being greeted or updated, she was rudely snapped at with, “Are you Kerri? You were supposed to drop off the dogs at noon.” She replied that I had already dropped them off at noon, just like we were told. The woman dismissively insisted there were no dogs there, and that the groomer had already gone home for the day. Unwilling to accept that, my

First visit with our new puppy. The staff helped us setup a health plan and whats best for our dog. The store is stocked with quality foods for all pets. The veterinarian was very informative and sensitive to our dogs needs. Their prices are very competitive and have some affordable health plans for your pet.

I just spent a good 20 min in this store looking through dog food. Not one employee greeted me or asked if I needed help. The dog food selection was pretty poor but I was willing to spend a couple hundred dollars in there. Nope. I’ll be ordering from chewy instead. Don’t bother shopping at this place.

I got my beloved parakeets there and my Betta fish from Baer's . I also take them to have their nails clipped at the Vet at the same location

All our pets go to this Veterinarian Excellent service Also started taking my Rodeshian Ridgeback Boxer mix once a month for her nails ( Carrie Sue ) my pup is very well taken care of and she is gentle and you can tell she is a pet lover Michelle at the desk is friendly and a pleasure to deal with If you want too notch care this is the place to visit
