The staff were all really friendly and caring and the vet was very thorough and listened to my concerns and made me feel really comfortable and heard. All the staff were really sweet with my bunny who I had brought in with ear mites.. and the vet even took a video of the ear mites under the microscope to show me! She was really knowledgeable and easy to talk to!

Brought my 18 yr old cat in & Thanks to the amazing team of people here, I got an extra 24 hrs with my sweet boy before we had to say goodbye. Thank you for making his last day pain free and as comfortable as you could. He enjoyed the outside & so much love 💖 The Curtis family & Fluff appreciate you all so much.

Unfortunately I cannot recommend bringing your exotic pet here. I brought my rat in and had a great experience- staff was friendly and the place was clean. They prescribed him antibiotics for an ear infection and I felt comforted when the vet told me "if any problems come up just reach out and I'll get back to you right away." Here's where the problem lies: when it became clear my pet was not doing well on the meds I reached out because that's what I had been told to do. Only to be told I have to wait 5 more days to even get a response because the exotic vet is only in once a week. My pet died a day later. I understand you guys only have a exotic vet specific days. But this seems like a serious oversight when treating animals- maybe this should be something discussed within the clinic in

We had our sweet cat Levi put down a couple of months ago. The folks at CareVet took such excellent care of her and us. What a beautiful thing it was to feel so comforted during such a difficult moment. Thanks to the whole team ❤️

CareVet got me in quickly when my normal vet was booked up. They were friendly and very helpful. Not every vet will take the time to talk through and discuss potential problems when you have a bulldog, but they understood and didn’t immediately blame everything on the breed. I would highly recommend anyone take their pet here.
