Dr. Boyd spent the rest of his work shift learning everything he could about our dog Artemis. He truly went above and beyond to work with us, help us figure out a solution, and get our big baby on the right track. The nurse and front desk staff are also very nice, treated us like old friends not new strangers, and they gave Artemis plenty of love and attention, which is all she wants in her life. Every encounter I've had so far with Dr Boyd and his crew has proven to me that it deeply matters to love what you do, they do and it shows!
Dr. Boyd is wonderful! He was gentle with my puppy, took time to explain everything, and made us both feel completely at ease. So glad we found this practice!
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Dr Boyd and the entire team at Cardinal always give my animal (and me) the time, attention, and great communication we need. Whether we’re in for a checkup or a specific problem, Dr. Boyd and all the veterinarians and staff listen, and make an appropriate plan. The care is stellar.
