Capital Humane Society Pieloch Pet Adoption Center

I have adopted three dogs from Capital humane society. And when the time comes I will adopt another. The people there really care about their mission.

Adopted Rylo a week ago. She's the sweetest cat, and the adoption process was smooth. Everyone I spoke with was super nice and helpful, even when I called a few days after I adopted her with some more questions. I will say that she was tagged as being a bit on the aggressive side. I wanted her anyway, and I've not experienced any aggression whatsoever except some expected hisses when introducing her to my other cat. If there is a cat that tugs at your heartstrings, please don't pass them by due to their temperament at the shelter. Most just want loving homes and will be completely different in a home environment.

Great experience at this shelter. Staff was super helpful and kind, very clean facility and animals were happy. Found our newest fur bestie and he is a sweetie! Thanks again for doing what you do!
