Our super fit, well trained Belgian Mal sadly slightly tore our CCL. Dr Adams explained our options throughly & detailed and made us feel at ease and we scheduled TPLO surgery right away for her. It was easy, smooth and 8 weeks later she has been cleared to back to normal activity, increasing slowly back to her athletics of course…. The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable and cares. During the holiday season of 2022, I received horrible news that my best friend of 10 years had a mast cell tumor behind his eye. I can proudly say because of the great team here that he is cancer free! It took me 3 veterinarians to find someone I was comfortable with. Never once did i feel as though this was transactional. Everything was about my dogs health care. Moreover, I was very pleased with the pricing through the process. The vet and vet techs were absolutely amazing however the redhead behind the desk was very rude and very condescending and fake. All I did was ask how much longer. My dog had been seen and treated. I was waiting almost an hour for paperwork and the bill. I politely asked how much longer and she went off about the quoted time and I politely said I understand my dog has already been seen and treated. My mom needs to go to work and she has my daughters I need a timeframe for how much longer this paperwork is going to take. I wasn't rude I wasn't demanding and she took it as an argument and started arguing w me. During my visit I also witnessed her arguing with someone at cvs pharmacy and she was rude and condescending to them as well and ended up hanging up on the pharmacist. Very rude and u

I should of written this in the Spring. It's been 6 months since our smooth haired dachshund was operated on his right back leg for bone plate trauma. It was a tough recovery and it was hard to make the decision to do this. So glad we did! His leg is perfect! It was so deformed I don't think he could of lived the rest of his life with it. Thanks to Dr. Zuckermans making sure he was getting it right with especially made implants and the staff there. It was a wonderful experience cause a few points in his recovery we we're wondering if it was the right decision? Are we going to end up with a three legged dog? From the starting point to the end, they were all wonderful I on the other hand was a basket case, so worried about my Gronk. They took great care of him, even though he was the loudest patient there. I recommend this place 1000 times over! Mary was a gem, and so nice! I love this place and everyone there!
