Located in Tacoma, this facility—owned and operated by renowned dog trainer Ron Pace—sets the gold standard for professionalism, expertise, and genuine care for both dogs and their owners. I’m beyond happy with my experience at Canyon Crest K-9 Training Center. After only a handful of obedience lessons, my adolescent rescue dog, Finnian, is doing AMAZING! Obedience Experience: We had a great experience working with Ron and Kelli. From the very first lesson, it was clear that they truly understand dogs and have a passion for what they do. They were patient, knowledgeable, and provided clear, step-by-step guidance that made training enjoyable for both me and Finn. Finn responded so well to their techniques, and it shows! I’ve really enjoyed taking my new puppy to the puppy preschool here at canyon crest. Trainer Michelle did a great job being serious while also having fun, and my puppy got some great time socialist and learning basic manners. Definitely recommend and I look forward to another training session!

Just got done with the 10 session obedience training. Im totally amazed at how well my dog is responding to me now. When you sign up for the obedience training you get a book and man oh man that book is great! I learned a lot and how to keep my dog safe. And I truly enjoyed the training and learning the leash technique. There is a lot to it, but its all about communicating with you dog and being able to enjoy a well behaved pooch.
