I highly recommend Canterbury specifically if you have a pet with any skin problems. Dr. Estra was so knowledgeable and took time to talk through all the potential causes and treatments we could try for my cat’s allergies. They have consistently followed up to check for improvements and all staff have been caring and genuine in every interaction.

I just had my first visit with my kitty cat to Canterbury. After a half dozen local vets told me they weren't accepting new patients I was thankful Canterbury was. They have a very well thought out and efficient non-contact procedure in place. Every staff member I interacted with was courteous and professional. The vet who discussed the results with me (Dr. Estra) took an extraordinary amount of time to discuss my kitty cat's health problems; at no time did I feel she was rushing to get to her next patient. And she frequently asked me for my feedback and opinion as to the path forward. So ... first visit, yes, but I was extremely pleased. Highly recommended.

Our family is so thankful that we found this vet practice, and the kind people that are this practice. Dr. Estra, Jen, and Allison are kind, compassionate, and caring individuals. They really do care about you and your pet. Our two cats are patients of the practice, and recently, one of our cats (she was 17 years old), began having some issues. It was a very hard decision to say goodbye to her, but a very kind, loving, and compassionate decision. Dr. Estra really took the time to explain everything, in detail, to me and my daughter. The receptionist is very kind and welcoming. I absolutely loved the doctor. She seemed to know my cat's issue and recommended a treatment for him that wasn't too costly. It's not overly busy so I feel like they're not rushing through patience.

Zero stars if I could. This vet is awful please be informed before bringing your animal here. There is one "vet" and she is uncomfortable around animals. She is also never available so making an appointment can take weeks to months. They require us to drug our dog with Trazidone just for routine checkups and she has never once shown aggression to anyone. Lastly, its the most expensive place I have ever been too, rarely an occasion where we pay less than $300 for a visit. The final straw was being charged $170 for a missed appointment due to a mix up on the timing and being scolded in the process.
