After Hurricane Helene destroyed my previous groomer's building, I booked an appointment with a new groomer, Edwina "Winnie." Unfortunately, I was highly dissatisfied with her service. She mishandled my dog, leaving his ear with dried blood and an infection. When I confronted her, she refused to take responsibility. I promptly sent the vet bill to the owner and clarified that I expected her to take accountability. I let her know that if she does that, I will update my review, but if not, I will strongly advise others to seek grooming services elsewhere. The Vet stated it "appeared the groomer nicked my dog's ear and left it untreated and compounded wax inside, causing an infection" requiring antibiotics. My dog went in for a hair cut and ended up with an ear cut :(

I’ve been taking my dog there for years and Kellie is very knowledgeable caring and does a great job. My dog will not let me give him medicine she worked with me and bathe him for me in special shampoo. She is wonderful and I’m sure you will have a great experience

I have taken my golden retriever here several times. They always do such a great job with him. Price is very reasonable, my dog loves going there, and he always looks great afterwards! I will keep bringing him back!

I used this groomer from a recommendation. They are easy to contact, very responsive, reasonably priced, and my dog loves it there. Great communication and I'll continue to take my dog. I drop off in the morning and they call and let me know when she is ready for pick up. Very convenient.
