Canine Carousel of South Park

Front desk workers are usually nice and professional. That said, hate to even leave a bad review but this time it took 5 hours to get my dog groomed, and when I go to pick him up I had several groomers ask if I even bath/brush my dog bc he was matted in certain spots, as Australian shepherds are known to do. And on top of that, after spending 115 dollars, I get home and notice my dogs dew claw nail was clipped almost completely off and was clearly bleeding. With not one worker mentioning THAT to me. Won’t be returning.

The staff makes you feel like part of the family! I've taken my furbaby there for years. All of the groomers are great!!

My little Lulu had a wonderful experience at Canine Carousel! The staff is friendly talented and knowledgeable. Susan did a fantastic job with Lulu and even called to give me updates on Lulu’s cut. My baby looks great and she told me she really had a good time at the spa today. I happily recommend Canine Carousel!

I took my dog here for the very first time last week and I had such a great experience. They were able to work around my schedule and got him in fairly quickly. Susan was our groomer and she went ABOVE and BEYOND! Her work is incredible. My dog has never looked cuter! She is very skilled at what she does. I would 100% recommend this facility. I will definitely be a repeat customer! :)

I was new to this and have to say had the best service ever. Tiffany the owner made me feel so special and the shop is immaculate. I would not trust anybody but them. They are the best Charlotte has to offer. They made ME adorable for the holidays ! 5 STARS ALL THE WAY! Love, Mr. Bojangles
