Camellia Blue Pet Resort

Please read the whole review. Our dog came home this morning. As you can see, he came home with a little patch of skin scraped off his nose!!! It was not there a few days before we took him. We called every other day to check on him, and the answer was all the same, he’s doing great! They told us he was nervous at first, but he warmed up to the people there. We paid for a suite, because he is nervous, and the barking of the other dogs in the kennel area, would be very hard on him. When we picked him up this morning, he was by himself in the back of the kennel area!!! Did I mention I PAID FOR A SUITE!!!!!!! They said he had been aggressive with them all week, so they had to separate him. He was supposed to be in a suite all by himself!!!! After we picked him up and got home, I saw his nose

I have used Camellia Blue for grooming several times and have always been extremely pleased with their service. Recently, I had to board two of my babies there for the first time — one is newly adopted from a shelter, and the other has been with me for eight years and had never been boarded before. Naturally, I was a little nervous, but Danielle and her team took wonderful care of them! When I picked them up after a week, they were happy, healthy, and smelled amazing from the complimentary bath. I am so grateful for the love and attention they received. This place is wonderful! We boarded our 2 big dogs here and they took great care of them. I was a little nervous about leaving our dogs, as they can sometimes be a handful. The receptionist was really kind and reassuring. When we picked up our dogs they both seemed to have been well taken care of and had also been given baths. They smelled so good and their coats were soft. Not sure how they managed to do it, but it speaks volumes of their grooming capabilities.

I used to bring my pet here a few months ago and every time I would pick her up after being groomed, her eyes would completely be bloodshot all around which let me to be concerned. We brought her here a total of two times until I saw a post on facebook where this happened to another dog at another groomers and to my surprise the red bloodshot eyes came from blunt force trauma to the head from the other dog. This immediately raised a red flag for me so I decided to change groomers and my dog has now been groomed and this new place a total of three times and she’s never came back with her eyes blood shot or even red! This made me come to the conclusion that something was going on with my pet every time she was getting groomed! I understand that dogs can be not the calmest while being groomed

We’ve used Camellia Blue several times to board our three dogs and have nothing but wonderful things to say about how our dogs were treated. They are always excited to go, and come home happy and smelling wonderful after their bath. 🙂
