I was recommended here by a good friend. I was looking for a reputable cat groomer and I am so glad I found this place. The service is impeccable and the staff is so friendly and helpful and courteous. Chenca the cat groomer was phenomenal she did the best grooming on my 18 year old Siamese cat who is too old to groom herself and had matted knots all over. I wanted to make sure I went somewhere and with someone I could trust and I am glad I made the right choice this met every one of my expectations and the experience was beyond amazing. We love Button Nose! They have been the only groomer we have visited since we brought our rescue pup home. They take their time because our little rescue is so nervous. Every time I come for pick up, our pup is happy and well groomed (and smells so nice). They provide hypoallergenic shampoo bc of her sensitive skin and follow my face trimming requests. We feel so lucky to have such a personalized grooming experience.

Incompetency at its finest! My dog was taken to get a bath and instead they gave him a buzz cut. They couldn’t cut his hair any shorter. Basic common sense would tell you a dog with long hair would not get a buzz cut. And it’s December.

I brought my dogs in for the first time in a very long time since I had been using a mobile groomer for quite some time. They were perfectly friendly and did a good job, however, the scent in the shampoo they used is so strong. I can’t get the smell out of my car or my house. I have a constant headache. I was told they would use an unscented shampoo because of the sensitive skin on one of my dogs and they definitely did not. Also, the price was more than double what I pay a mobile groomer without the convenience.
