I have brought my wheaten terrier for a decade here and been happy with their service but recently they told me that they don’t have enough resources to groom my pet as he’s gotten less stable on his feet and it’s hard to groom him with one person . I would have gladly paid extra if they needed the help of a second person ( I was already paying extra for an express service to make it more convenient for everyone). I just felt they didn’t want to deal with the trouble. I noticed that over the years the place has gotten less and less busy with fewer and fewer customers and fewer and fewer groomers despite having some really good groomers like Caitlin who’s done an amazing job with my pet. I am not sure who’s making decisions but it’s not a good place anymore

Bunker Hill Grooming is the best service possible by the groomers. Using them for years, for both of our dogs. Very happy with Bunker Hill Grooming. Ivana is always a professional groomer.

Absolutely love this place. My girls always come back softer and shinier and very happy! The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. I had a ton of questions, which she aptly answered. She does a wonderful job on my girls, and I highly recommend bringing your pups here.

Brought in my 6 month old miniature poodle for his first cut & he came out looking so handsome thanks to Chikako! My expectations for his first grooming have been exceeded. I was nervous leaving him for a few hours but he was treated so well & he came home happy. Thank you so much, I’ll definitely be back for all his future grooming needs! 😊
