Buddy's A Pet's Store

So cute! Prices were comparable to Amazon and it feels way better to support a local business. I had everything shipped since I live a few hours away, and everything was delivered super quick and the packaging was cute. I love the idea of a Buddy Box—a subscription for new toys/treats for your pet every 3, 6 or 12 months. I'm going to try this once I recoup some income after the holidays.

Our pup chewed up the cats favorite teaser toy. I looked EVERYWHERE locally and online and could only find it at Buddy's. I made an online purchase and it (ok..I bought 4 since I was going through the effort and the likelihood of the dog getting it again is pretty high) came really quickly, well packaged and was a great deal even with shipping charges. Fantastic customer service, Michael is the best!!! He went out of his way to keep me posted about the status and availability of some cat treats that have been in short supply. So thoughtful and courteous! He even reached out by phone and email to let me know when they were back in stock and how many were available to purchase. Who does that these days?? I wish I was local and could shop in person, but am so thankful that I can order online and support this small business. Thanks again!

Absolutely wonderfully amazing experience. I am in shock. I have not seen service that great in a very long time. I live in FL and one of my pups only likes one particular toy which they do not make any more. She has had the same toy forever. So I had to find the exact one. He was so helpful. Even used tissue paper when he shipped the items, called with tracking very quick. It's a shame google only has five stars because he deserves 100. Thanks again.
