I find everybody at this practice nice,compassionate. My first experience there was my cat was hit by a car , while I was at work Lauren treated him they constantly tried to get a hold of me finally did and she's been his vet since as he survived he's 16 lb. And now she is my dog's vet both of these are rescue animals from the humane society and my dog ended up testing positive for Lyme a year before this year and I was never informed by the vet that is no longer there that the test came back positive so they have been wonderful and helping me treat the dog a year later for Lyme disease. And hopefully after she's all done everything she'll be free and clear and I think this is a wonderful clinic they have reasonable prices. I don't have an animal, they aren't taking old clients they haven't seen in 3 years. They had killed my childhood dogs (with parents blessing - NOT mine) and cat - the poor cat suffered with cancer for MONTHS before I was able to try to rescue it to see why he'd lost so much weight - he had been diagnosed with stomach cancer and I paid to have him put down because no one else cared, and he was too old to survive any treatment/surgery so they wouldn't do it anyway. Have brought my dogs and cats there for decades. Most recently during William's routine annual exam, Dr. Schneski palpated a mass confirmed by x-ray. The surgery that followed saved his life. Every interaction was professional, compassionate, responsive. The medical interventions were expertly performed. Forever thankful for this superb veterinary team

They took care of our 3 cats’ annual checkups beautifully. Soli stayed in the scale the whole time. Simi comforted her. Lilo hid in the corner but got his checkup anyway. Hence the purple bandage.

I called for a question with my dog and wanted to schedule an appointment and she was very rude on the phone. She told me there was no doctor in the office today and hung up the phone without helping make an appointment.
