I used to love supporting Bubbles Grooming when they were a smaller, more mom-and-pop operation. I’d bring my dog Azi there when we were in town and always appreciated local businesses that seemed to care. Unfortunately, that warmth and care seem to have disappeared as they’ve grown. Today, we got a call saying they could squeeze Azi in, so we coordinated to have him dropped off. A short while later, they texted saying they couldn’t groom him because he was growling and “trying to bite.” Now, Azi is not an aggressive dog by any means. If he was anxious, that’s all it was—nerves, not aggression. They even agreed it was likely anxiety and casually suggested we sedate him, which we’ve never had to do and aren’t comfortable with. I have been going to Bubbles for at least 7-8 years. Originally they were on Greiner and now at a much larger location on Transit. I have a large dog, euro boxer and they have all the facilities now including a walk-in tub. The groomers give him a bath, do nails, ears, folds etc and he comes home with the softest fur. Everyone is wonderful, treat your dog as if he were their own and it is easy to get an appointment. I highly recommend this place!

My pup couldn’t get groomed at his last place due to being overwhelmed and stressed out. I called Bubbles ahead of time to see if this would be a better fit for him. We got him in for a morning appointment so there would be less dogs and commotion. With the help of some anxiety meds and a great staff, my baby came out so handsome! Very pleased with the staff and how he was handled. Thank you!

Our favorite groomer from another location had recently retired and recommended this pet salon. We miss her a bunch but she definitely pointed us in the right direction. Bubbles have been fabulous and our Havanese looks wonderful after his cuts. They are very kind and listen to what you want. We have a hectic schedule and they have been very flexible with us when last minute “life” get in the way of a scheduled groom. His nails often need a touch up before his next groom and they do provide a nail service to get you through. They are doing a great job with the hand offs due to Covid and we are thrilled with their efforts.

We took our two small dogs there today. Asked for a TRIM . One came back shaved very close to her skin. She was NOT matted. They’ve been getting groomed regularly. The other was cut pretty short too. It’s January and 20 degrees out. I think it’s easier for them to shave rather than cut. We will not be returning.
