I recently took my dog to a Bubbles & Bows Pet groomer for the first time, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The groomer was incredibly patient and caring, taking the time to make my dog feel comfortable and at ease. Her thoughtful approach and professionalism shone through in every interaction, and it was clear she takes great pride in her work. The results were fantastic—my dog looked and felt amazing! I’d highly recommend her services to any pet owner looking for someone who truly cares.

So very happy with the service. I tried here for the first time and this is best style and cut my 6 year old dog has ever received. Definitely will continue to come here. Thank you taking such great care of my baby dog.

We are relocating back to this area, and are pleased to have found a good groomer. One of our Shih Tzu was a rescue that we had got last year and is still not accustomed to be groomed. She took the time and patience to work with him resulting in a very good cut. Also she was finished when she told us, no additional waiting. We travel quite a bit and have used Petco as they are easy to get into, but the one in Rogers was the poorest.

Christy has been grooming my ShiTzu for a couple of years and is great. Very friendly and accommodating to my dog’s special needs. Good prices.

Very disappointed I scheduled the appointment almost two weeks ahead of time and I asked for the latest appointment.. which she said was only 1pm. I never got a call to confirm my appointment. Showed up at 1 pm the time that I wrote down as we were on the phone just to have her rudely tell me it was at 11.. I couldn't even apologize to ask for a different time or date before she turned around and walked away there was absolutely no need for attitude or rude looks from her. I had heard great things and lots of recommendations but was very disappointed. Definitely do not recommend her at all. Did not even pick up after we left and ignored my phone call and voice mail. Very childish for a business owner
