Brooknelle is the best! The staff really care about your pup, and the owners (Brian and Brittany) are hands on. I take my dog to daycare and for boarding, every time with a great experience. They supervise play and create playgroups where all dogs can thrive. They also offer training and grooming, making it so convenient. I have noticed great improvements in my dog’s confidence and happiness after hanging out at Brooknelle.

We are so happy we found Brooknelle Pet Hotel for Charlie’s daycare. From day one, I felt completely at ease leaving him. The staff is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely caring, which makes all the difference. The pupdates are one of my favorite parts. The pictures are fantastic and I love seeing Charlie out in the outdoor yard having the time of his life. Whether it is snowing or sunny, he gets to play outside in the fresh air, which I absolutely prefer. I also really appreciate the small, supervised playgroups. We bring our dog Willow to Brooknelle for daycare and could not be happier with the care she receives. From the moment we walk in, it is clear how much the staff genuinely care about the dogs. Willow comes home happy, tired, and clearly well loved every single time. I especially want to mention Landon. He is the nicest young man and Willow absolutely adores him.
