I am so grateful for Dr Murphy and the whole staff. My 3 1/2 year old pug had surgery 3 weeks ago to open her nose and throat. She had been struggling for a long time. I wanted to share how she’s doing now. Jada bug, is like a new dog now! Her breathing, eating and drinking have improved dramatically. I can’t say enough about Brighton Greens animal hospital. They saved my dog's life but the problem is they're not 24 hours so when they go home at night the dogs are all by themselves until the next day also on the weekends so that's one drawback The pricing was expensive but you can't really put a price on a dog's life so I paid it The vet was very cool and gave me her cell phone and was cool about me texting and calling on off hours so overall good experience but if your animal has something serious better to take him to the 24-hour vet hospital so someone can care for them on nice and weekends.

Wow so grateful to Dr. Murphey and her team at BGVH. We recently lost our young Golden to a nasty and traumatic lymphoma so I panicked when our 6 month old puppy spent the night sick with gastrointestinal issues. When I called BGVH for help, Ashley was so calm and reassuring and stabilizing towards us as she made arrangements with the vets for us to bring our pup in right away to rule out parvo (fully vaccinated) or an obstruction. And while the waiting room was full - the techs came to the car immediately to do the parvo test. Once that was clear, they took her in for the examination. The clinic was busy with several long term clients reassuring me of the confidence of care with BGVH. My dog had a rotten tooth that was bothering her and they wanted $3500 for dental surgery. Our dogs tooth was infected and she died from it.I found out to later that it should have normally cost about $900. And I don't want to hear about how I could make payments.

I do not recommend this veterinary clinic. A few months ago, I brought my cat in for a bleeding cut that looked serious. We were new to the area and chose this place because it was close by and we needed quick help. From the beginning, the staff came off as judgmental. We were immediately treated like we might not be able to pay, which was uncalled for. When we explained our concern for our pet, the response was, “It looks like just a scratch. We can take him back if you want, but you'll have to pay.” Of course we expected to pay? Why even say that? we just wanted help. They insisted on giving an estimate before doing anything, which is fine, but it was under $150 and still came with another comment that felt like they were questioning whether we could afford it.
