Dr. Haghnazary saw my boy and along with what I shared happened at home, he quickly determined what Joey could be suffering from. Through tests, MRI and neurology consult, Joey was recently diagnosed with IVDD and needed spinal surgery. Dr. Gorgi (neurologist/neurosurgeon) was absolutely phenomenal. He took the time to patiently answer every question I had, offering not just clarity but also the validation I needed to move forward with confidence in our decision. His compassion and knowledge made all the difference. The entire staff was top-notch—so kind, attentive, and professional. My sweet doggo injured her front paw on Sunday evening. We rushed her to BrightCare ER vet and they were WONDERFUL! We were seen right away, the staff were absolutely lovely, and the office is clean and very well maintained. The doctor was so friendly and took the time to explain everything to us in detail; then the assistant went over the possible expenses before we signed. I was very impressed with the low cost of care given they are a 24 hour emergency office! We got our sweet girl back quickly, she was treated with love and care by everyone there. We will definitely be back for all our emergency animal needs, and with 4 animals in our family, it's bound to happen sooner or later. Definitely 5 stars and 👍🏻👍🏻

Just under a week ago, my beloved Chihuahua Valentine was struggling to breathe, and I called BrightCare Veterinary Emergency Hospital at 11:02 pm. No answer so I left a message and drove her over to BrightCare. I did not receive a call back. Valentine had been a Neurology patient of BrightCare for about 5 years. When we arrived to BrightCare Emergency Hospital, I rang the doorbell and they let me in. I explained my dog was in need of oxygen. They took her to the back and said she was given oxygen. The Tech working with a beard told me he needed $1,500 right away. I said I had about $300, and said we’ve been coming there for years. If i could give 0 stars i would. We regrettably trusted BrightCare with our 9-year-old Pomeranian, Leo, and he never came home. Leo was brought in for seizure-like episodes. He had severe anxiety, abnormal pre-anesthetic bloodwork, a fever, anemia, elevated inflammatory markers, and a known collapsed trachea — all of which place a patient at higher anesthetic risk. Despite this, they decided to proceed with general anesthesia and many invasive procedures the same day. We thought this was too much for an older dog; however, we trusted the doctor. During anesthesia, records show prolonged, severe low blood pressure for over an hour with no documented corrective action. After the MRI revealed a significant inner ear infection, inflammation of the brain they still proceeded with not 1 BUT 2

I called that I was 10mins out and they were waiting for me to walk in with my dog who'd had a seizure, took her right in calmed me down and said what they'd do immediately and the doc would talk to me. They were there for Suzy & I, in an emergency! Thank-you Dr Ali & Team Brightcare❣️
