I came here looking to rescue an adult dog. The people here are so friendly and obliging, they were absolutely wonderful.I got my girl Laura here. They took the precautions to have me bring my grand puppy in to make sure that they got along. And to make sure it was a good fit all around. I adore her and told them that if I took her home she would absolutely never be back. People, please think of rescuing a dog rather than buying a puppy. You will not regret it. It's a very clean facility, and they treat the dogs with the respect that they deserve. They're in the process of building a new facility to keep and rehome even more dogs. So even if you don't find your fur baby here, leave a donation, so they can continue to do their good work.

We adopted Pamela a 7 y/o Maltese from Brevard, and had an excellent experience!! We renamed her Twila. She is a sweetheart and the most gentle lovable dog you will ever meet!! Thank you Shiela and everyone at Brevard for all your help in adopting her. The adoption process went extremely smooth!! We submitted an application online and were approved right away. We went in the same day to meet her and did a meet and greet the following day with our other dog, Archie! The meet and greet went well and I was out the door with her shortly after that. We took her to our vet today and she got a pretty clear bill of health minus a few allergies and a small ear infection! We are having so much fun spoiling her and giving her the best new life she can have!! Thank you Sheila and Staff!! Will be sure

It is a great place. all the animals are really cute .the dogs might bark a lot but that’s because they don’t know who is going to be picked. the cats are just the nicest things after they get lots of human interaction.the stray cats may take like a couple months or maybe less like a week.i went there and met a kitten I named him Peanut but never told the people.he was really nice and he had barely opened his eyes yet.ill tell you that some kittens are a little much and like a lot of playtime.back to the dogs.they are super sweet but sometimes they might growl and so I’d suggest you’d back off and move along.but you can also volunteer there by like feeding the dogs little sausage treats making sure the cats are fed and helping find them a good home.and if you are just visiting you open th

I am so thankful to Danny and her staff for giving me this awesome little mutt. Onyx (formerly Juniper) is adjusting really well. It was such a blessing to both me and the dog. Keep doing the difficult but great work that you do. And thanks for giving me a great friend for life.

The staff was so nice and helpful. We had our corgi spayed and it was a great experience. Would recommend them for anyone looking to get your pet spayed/neutered. They spayed and neutered a set of puppies a couple years ago we were fostering.
